ACTIVITY 3.A. PREPARING THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS (proceso de contratación) FOR YOUR COMPANY
- Think of 4/5 job positions your company needs to hire (1 position per person in your project group. That’s to say, if your project group is composed of 4 people, you will look for 4 people to hire. If your project group is composed of 5 people, you will look for 5 people to hire). You need to specify the position, for example secretary, cleaner, manager, marketing person, etc.
- Create a cardboard poster with the name of your company, the job positions you offer and a real e-mail contact address (one of your email addresses from highschool) . Take a look to the hiring poster below.
- Prepare the questions you will ask for each of the positions in the job interviews. Use the template you can find in the button below. If you are offering 4 positions in your company, you need to prepare 4 different interviews. Some questions may be the same but you need to include at least 3 unique questions for each specific job position.
- Hang the poster on the class noticeboard so that all your classmates can apply for a job. Wait and pay attention to the contact email address to receive applications for your positions.
